There is never a dull moment in Kindergarten whether they are showing their Attendence Week spirit on😴 PJ day or showing off a good book📚!

Mrs. Robinson is teaching kindergarten about the Element of Art, Line. Each table activity is designed to help students practice creating different line types, explore different materials and use fine motor skills. Even Mrs. Maldonado joined in the fun. We love having the space to explore and try new things!

We can wait to see you!

As part of a collaborative project with the Charles County Fair, art teachers in the county were asked to have students paint rocks to decorate the exterior of the CCPS Arts building on the fairgrounds. The hope is that the instillation will draw more family’s into visiting the space and supporting the arts within our schools.
Last year students in Mrs. Lundeen’s 3rd grade class flexed their creative muscles to paint designs on rocks for this project in Ms. Robinson’s Art Class. If you visit the fair stop by to see the excellent work of our Tiger Artist!

Be sure to stop by the CCPS building at the Charles County Fair to see some of our tigerific artists.

We celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month from Sept. 15 - Oct. 15th. Thank you to one of our Craik families for representing us for CCPS.
